Our Terms & Conditions
Standard Delivery by First Class Royal Mail
Packaging and Delivery
All products are suitably packaged and despatched via Royal Mail's first class post, for delivery in accordance with their customer charter, however we would suggest you allow sufficient time to guarantee delivery.
Recorded Delivery:
This service is available at extra cost for deliveries within the United Kingdom based on Royal Mail's recorded delivery rates current at time of order.
International Delivery:
Orders received between Monday and Thursday are normally despatched within 48 hours, orders received between Friday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Tuesday/Wednesday.
All orders will be suitably packaged for despatch by Airmail or Parcel Force, but please allow plenty of time as delivery can take 1 & 4 weeks depending on destination.
Please Note: due to the wide variation in post/delivery rates worldwide, the extra cost for international delivery/postage will be determined at time of order and confirmed by email.
Refunds and Replacements
Delivered With Love prides its self on the quality of our products and also endeavours to describe each individual product type as accurately as possible so as to avoid any disappointment.
If you receive any product which is found to be faulty, it must be returned to us within seven days for a refund or replacement providing that requests for either a refund or replacement are confirmed by email to ‘cards@deliveredwithlove.co.uk’ stating your order number and name and address together with your reason for the requesting a refund or replacement.
Replacement Products
Requests for a replacement card will be processed and despatched immediately on receipt of the customers email request.
Refunds
On receipt of any product found to be faulty, we will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account with in 5 five days from date of receipt.
Important
Please understand the product in question remains your responsibility until received by us. Therefore, we suggest you send the product back to us by Royal Mails ‘Recorded Delivery Service’, but please note, we will not accept responsibility for returns lost in the in the post.
Personalised Products
Unfortunately, we regret that any product which has been personalised by the customer or scripted to their individual specification, will not be refundable unless it is proven to be faulty, since any such product would not be resalable.
Layout of Personalised or Bespoke Verses:
We will always endeavour to arrange the requested front of card greeting and inner verse(s) whilst taking account of the grammatical content requested in order create the best visual image which might involve the use of various font sizes and colour.
Card Embellishments:
All cards are handmade and incorporate various types of embellishments purchased from different suppliers some of whom from time to time make changes to their offerings and as a consequence we must always reserve the right to make minor changes to our designs as deemed necessary.
Removable Embellishments
Where an embellishment or item of fashion jewellery which has been incorporated into a card or product design, is subsequently removed from the item in question to be worn as an adornment or used as decoration in any form whatsoever. Delivered With Love Limited will not accept responsibility for any possible damage that may be caused to garments or similar items, regardless as to how such damage may have been caused. Please note, this cautionary advice does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy & Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collate information about you for two reasons, firstly to process your order and secondly to ensure we provide you with the best quality of service possible. The type of information we will require includes:
Any personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We also confirm we will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail details or any such personal information to any third party other than providing your delivery address details to the Royal Mail or our reputable courier company for the sole purpose of delivering your goods.
We always endeavour to ensure all personal details held on file are accurate consequently, if you have any concerns that the information we hold maybe out of date or is inaccurate, you can email us to request a copy of your personal data and if you find any inaccuracies we will either amend our records promptly as instructed or if requested delete your record completely.
