First aid training with experience, heart and purpose

Delivered with Love was created by experienced paramedics and first aid trainers who believe lifesaving skills should feel accessible, practical and empowering.

With over 25 years in pre-hospital emergency medicine and teaching, they bring real-world experience into every course, helping people feel calmer, clearer and more prepared to respond when it matters.

“Wherever the art of medicine is loved, there is also a love of humanity.”
Hippocrates

Why Delivered with Love exists

In medicine, we deliver many things. We deliver treatment, we deliver babies, we deliver bad news and we deliver care but everything we do, is delivered with love and reassurance.

After more than 25 years working as paramedics in pre-hospital emergency medicine and teaching, we know that the way in which something is delivered matters just as much as what is being delivered.

That is where Delivered with Love began.

It is not just a first aid training company. It is an ethos. Every course is delivered with care, patience and warmth, helping people learn serious skills in a way that feels practical, supportive and human.

First aid should feel open to everyone

First aid is a skill for life, but too many people arrive at a course feeling nervous, unsure or worried they might get it wrong.

Our approach is designed to change that.

The training is clear, hands-on and easy to follow, with real-world examples, plenty of reassurance and a learning environment where questions are welcomed. The aim is not just to help people pass a course, but to help them leave feeling able to step forward in an emergency.

Learners often leave feeling more confident, more prepared and, quite often, with aching muscles from CPR practice and aching cheeks from laughing.

Support beyond the training day

Delivered with Love does not believe support should end the moment the course finishes.

First aid confidence can fade if skills are not refreshed, so we offer ongoing guidance and free refresher sessions on selected business courses. This helps teams revisit key skills, ask questions and keep their knowledge rescue ready.

Whether someone has a question after the course, needs reassurance, or wants to refresh their skills, the door is not closed once the certificate has been issued.

The aim is simple: people should leave feeling supported, not just certified.

Training that gives back

Giving back is central to Delivered with Love.

Alongside paid first aid training, we offer regular free CPR and defibrillator awareness sessions, as well as discounted courses for students and young adults, helping more people access lifesaving skills.

Since 2022, we have also volunteered inside Ukraine. Just weeks after the war began, we helped set up a small volunteer group supporting medical colleagues and vulnerable families affected by the conflict.

By choosing Delivered with Love as your first aid training provider, you are helping your own workplace, group or community feel more prepared, while also helping our continue work that reaches further.
